Personal Introduction:

Psychotherapist, Nationally Certified Psychological Counselor (Level II), and member of the Chinese Mental Health Association. Bilingual counselor (Chinese/English).

Psychology graduate of Beijing Normal University.

Long-term practitioner of psychological counseling, and served as a Partnerships Officer at the United Nations headquarters in Vienna from 2024 to 2026.

Training Background:

Intermediate Group Counselor training;

EAP Counselor practical training (2018–2020);

Psychotherapy and Psychological Counseling Advanced Training Program at the CAS Institute of Psychology (2019–2021);

Children’s Attention Training Specialized Skills Certification (2023);

Certified Hypnotherapist (member, National Guild of Hypnotists, USA, since 2017);

Continuing education program on Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Integration at Beijing Huilongguan Hospital, among others.

Areas of Focus:

Emotional stress, workplace adjustment and career transition, family conflict, intimate relationships and interpersonal communication.

Adolescents, adults, and families.

I don’t rush to offer advice or judgment. Instead, I listen closely and with empathy, helping you see the deeper threads behind your emotions.

At the right moments, I’ll also gently invite you to face the issues that have long been avoided.
